سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبلغ
تتوفر خدمات المتجر والتوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.
مدة تقديم الطلب
يمكن تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال أسبوع (7 أيام) من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للشروط الموضحة أدناه.
الاسترجاع
تُقدَّم طلبات الاسترجاع حصريًا عبر الموقع الإلكتروني، سواء كان الطلب مدفوعًا مسبقًا أو بالدفع عند الاستلام.
الاستبدال
تُقدَّم طلبات الاستبدال حصريًا عبر واتساب على الرقم +971 50 119 0168. يتولى فريق الدعم تنسيق استلام القطع واستبدالها بعد فحصها والتأكد من سلامتها وحالتها الأصلية.
رسوم الشحن
يتحمل الزبون رسوم شحن بقيمة 15 درهمًا إماراتيًا عند الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. في حالة الاسترجاع، تُخصم هذه الرسوم من المبلغ المسترد. رسوم شحن الطلب الأصلي غير قابلة للاسترداد.
مدة استرداد المبلغ وطريقته
يتم رد المبلغ المستحق خلال أسبوع عمل من تاريخ استلام القطع المرتجعة والتأكد من سلامتها وحالتها الأصلية، بعد خصم رسوم شحن الاسترجاع.
- الطلبات المدفوعة مسبقًا: يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة في الطلب.
- طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (كاش): يُضاف المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى حساب الزبون في الموقع على شكل رصيد متجر. ويمكن للزبون طلب سحب الرصيد إلى حسابه البنكي بإرسال بيانات حسابه البنكي عبر واتساب على الرقم +971 50 119 0168.
حالة القطع
يجب أن تكون القطع المراد استرجاعها أو استبدالها غير مستخدمة، وبحالتها الأصلية، ومع تغليفها الأصلي. يحتفظ المتجر بحق رفض الطلبات التي لا تستوفي هذه الشروط.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Our store and delivery services are available within the United Arab Emirates only.
Request Period
Return or exchange requests may be submitted within one week (7 days) of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted exclusively through our website, whether the order was prepaid or paid for by cash on delivery.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted exclusively via WhatsApp at +971 50 119 0168. Our support team will arrange collection and replacement after inspecting the items and confirming that they are undamaged and in their original condition.
Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for a shipping fee of AED 15 for a return or exchange. For returns, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timing and Method
The eligible refund amount will be issued within one business week of receiving the returned items and confirming that they are undamaged and in their original condition, after deducting the return shipping fee.
- Prepaid orders: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Cash on delivery (COD) orders: The refund amount will be automatically added to the customer's account on our website as store credit. Customers may request to withdraw this credit to their bank account by sending their bank account details via WhatsApp at +971 50 119 0168.
Item Condition
Items submitted for return or exchange must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
