Hand wash at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Iron at low to medium temperature.
It must be hand washed at a temperature of 30 degrees. It is recommended not to use a dryer and iron at a medium temperature.

Return Request Period
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
A total of AED 50 will be deducted (covering both delivery and return shipping costs) from the refund amount.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
Refunds are not available for orders paid by Cash on Delivery, as we are unable to process cash refunds.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all accessories (if any).
Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the conditions, the refund process will begin.
